Hilton reported system-wide comparable RevPAR +5.8% currency-neutral in Q3 and raised its full-year RevPAR outlook to +4.0% to 4.5%, according to its Oct. 27 release — a first Hilton earnings read-through for The Hotelier Times. Hyatt printed U.S. RevPAR +8.2% and comparable system-wide +7.2%, with full-year outlook 5.0% to 5.5%, per its Oct. 29 release. CoStar’s latest week of Oct. 18–24, as reported by LODGING, showed U.S. occupancy 69.8% (+4.8%), ADR $179.55 (+7.4%) and RevPAR $125.31 (+12.6%).

Hilton: System-Wide +5.8% and a Higher Full-Year Bar

Hilton’s Oct. 27 investor release said system-wide comparable RevPAR increased 5.8 percent on a currency-neutral basis versus Q3 2025. The same release projects full-year 2026 system-wide RevPAR between 4.0 percent and 4.5 percent on a comparable and currency-neutral basis versus 2025. Christopher J. Nassetta, President & Chief Executive Officer of Hilton, said in that release that third-quarter results “exceeded our expectations,” citing momentum across the system into the remainder of the year and into 2027.

The Hilton release also announced that Hilton will transfer its stock listing to Nasdaq under ticker HLT, effective November 5, 2026, and named Jeff Moore Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Those corporate items sit beside the owner operating print: fee-driven brands raising the full-year RevPAR band after a +5.8% Q3 comparable system-wide result.

Hyatt: U.S. +8.2% — Link, Don’t Relitigate

Hyatt’s Oct. 29 release showed United States RevPAR +8.2% and comparable system-wide hotels RevPAR +7.2% versus Q3 2025, and raised full-year comparable system-wide RevPAR growth guidance to 5.0% to 5.5%. We already covered that split against Pebblebrook and MGM Las Vegas in The Q3 Split — this roundup does not repeat that REIT and Strip book.

Separately, Hyatt’s newsroom said on Sept. 9 that a long-term loyalty collaboration with Delta Air Lines will let eligible elite members of World of Hyatt and Delta SkyMiles dual-earn on qualifying travel once the program launches; launch timing and full eligibility details were still forthcoming in that release (Hyatt newsroom). On Oct. 28, Hyatt and Extell announced The StandardX Times Square at about 1,800 rooms — covered in our StandardX Times Square piece and confirmed on the Hyatt newsroom release.

CoStar Week (Oct. 18–24): Industry Backdrop

LODGING’s Oct. 29 write-up of CoStar data through Oct. 24 put the Oct. 18–24 U.S. week at occupancy 69.8% (+4.8%), ADR $179.55 (+7.4%) and RevPAR $125.31 (+12.6%) versus the comparable week in 2025. Those are CoStar figures as reported by LODGING — not Hilton or Hyatt system prints — and they frame the same late-October demand tape owners are underwriting against brand guidance.
