Four Seasons Plans Standalone Homes in Denver Cherry Creek

By Nathan Snyder, Editor

Four Seasons and a Cherry Creek development JV plan standalone branded residences at 215 Detroit Street — the brand’s first purely private residential offering in Colorado, according to a company release distributed on PR Newswire on Oct. 29, 2026.

Standalone Residences, Not a Hotel

The project, Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence, will bring one-, two- and three-bedroom homes in an eight-story building designed by 10 Design with interiors by Tihany Design, the release said. Residences will range from 1,260 to 6,000 square feet. Four Seasons said the homes are not connected to a hotel or resort.

Four Seasons and PR Newswire list 42 residences. Brue Baukol’s project page for the same address lists 41 units. Both figures are reported here; they are not averaged.

9NEWS, republishing Denver Business Journal reporting on Oct. 31, noted Denver already has Four Seasons Private Residences attached to the downtown Four Seasons Hotel at 1133 14th Street, and that a separate Four Seasons hotel and residences project is under construction near Telluride.
