Parc Astérix Opens Sales for 300-Key Hotel Opening March 2027

By Nathan Snyder, Editor
Parc Astérix opened sales on Oct. 30 for L’Odyssée Hôtel, a 300-room four-star due to open March 26, 2027, according to the park’s booking site and Tourmag coverage of a park press release. Family packages start at €328.30 for two adults and two children on a one-day, one-night stay — about $366.78 at the ECB’s Oct. 30 EUR/USD reference of 1.1172.
Fourth Hotel on the Plailly Site
L’Odyssée will be the fourth hotel after Les Quais de Lutèce (150 rooms, four-star, opened 2020), La Cité Suspendue (150 rooms, three-star) and Les Trois Hiboux (three-star), per Tourmag and actu.fr (both Oct. 26). The program includes four suites, family rooms, two buffet restaurants, the Oasis bar and a modular seminar hall of about 1,326 square meters. Scenography is credited to Thierry Retif, with an ancient-civilizations theme. Tourmag said the project carries an HQE “Excellent” environmental label.
Capex Context and Staffing
General manager Delphine Pons, quoted in the park release via Tourmag and actu.fr, placed L’Odyssée inside a €250 million (about $279.3 million) park investment plan through 2030 aimed at deepening the on-site stay. Opened sources do not isolate the hotel’s share of that envelope — do not assign the full €250M to the hotel. The park is recruiting nearly 200 permanent and seasonal workers, with a hiring day set for Dec. 10, 2026. Room inventory is still under construction; March 26, 2027 is the stated first-night date.
Those package prices include park tickets and breakfast per the park’s rate card; they are package prices, not a published standalone ADR. The park page lists a taxe de séjour of €2.60 per adult (18+) per night for 2026; the 2027 levy for stays may differ.
